Session Fees & Medicare Rebates

If you have a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP, Medicare provides a rebate, reducing the overall cost of your session. If you haven’t organised an MHCP yet, we recommend speaking with your doctor to see if you’re eligible.

- Click the ‘Book an Appointment’ button under their profile.

- Choose between a phone session or a video session (via Zoom).

- Pick a date and time that works for you.

3️⃣ Receive Your Confirmation & Forms

- Once booked, you’ll receive an email with a consent form and an assessment.

- Please complete these forms before your appointment to help us understand your needs.

4️⃣ Get Your Text Confirmation & Stay Connected

- You’ll receive a confirmation text for your appointment.

- You can text us back at any time with any questions before your session.

5️⃣ On the Day of Your Session

- You’ll receive an email and text message with your Zoom link before your session.
